Healthcare Realty Trust Names Helfrich as Interim CFO, Hull as COO, Crowley as CIO

05:43 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare Realty Trust ( HR ) named Austen Helfrich as interim chief financial Officer, succeeding Kris Douglas, who is leaving the company.

Helfrich, 37, has been first vice president, portfolio strategy, Healthcare Realty ( HR ) said Monday in a regulatory filing. Ferguson Partners will conduct a search for a permanent chief financial officer.

Rob Hull, 52, was named chief operating officer. He has been executive vice president, investments, since January 2017.

Ryan Crowley, 41, was named chief investment officer. He has been senior vice president, investments, since November 2021.

Julie Wilson, 53, was named chief administrative officer. She has been executive vice president, operations, since July 2021. She adds human resources to her current leadership of the technology, marketing and corporate responsibility teams, the company said in a statement.

The appointments are effective Oct. 1.

The company reaffirmed its Q3 and full-year 2024 guidance, including per-share normalized funds from operations.
