Healthcare Realty Trust's Board Elects Tom Bohjalian as Independent Chair

07:12 AM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare Realty Trust ( HR ) said Monday its board has elected Tom Bohjalian as its independent chair.

The board has also appointed David Henry, Glenn Rufrano, and Don Wood as new independent directors following a cooperation agreement with Starboard Value, the company added.

Under the agreement with Starboard Value, John Knox Singleton, John V. Abbott, and Vicki U. Booth have retired from Healthcare Realty's ( HR ) board, the company said.
