12:31 PM EDT, 09/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Healthcare Services Group ( HCSG ) said Monday it named Vikas Singh as its chief financial officer, effective Sept. 3 and promoted Andrew Brophy to the role of chief accounting officer.

Brophy most recently served as the company's vice president and controller.

Singh previously served as managing director of leveraged finance & capital markets at Bank of America's ( BAC ) Bank of America Securities, the company said.
