08:05 AM EDT, 05/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HealthEquity ( HQY ) said Tuesday it completed its acquisition of BenefitWallet from Conduent ( CNDT ) .

The acquisition of BenefitWallet adds 616,000 members with about $2.7 billion in assets to HealthEquity's ( HQY ) health savings accounts-focused business, bringing it to a total of more than 9 million members holding over 16 million accounts, HealthEquity ( HQY ) said.

HealthEquity ( HQY ) Chief Financial Officer James Lucania said the acquisition will contribute to the company's goal of doubling fiscal 2024 non-GAAP net income per share by the end of fiscal 2027.
