HealthEquity Fiscal Q4 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Shares Fall After Hours

04:43 PM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HealthEquity ( HQY ) reported fiscal Q4 non-GAAP earnings late Tuesday of $0.69 per diluted share, up from $0.63 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.72.

Revenue for the quarter that ended Jan. 31 was $311.8 million, up from $262.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $305.8 million.

The company expects non-GAAP earnings of $3.57 to $3.74 per diluted share for fiscal full-year ending Jan. 31, 2026. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $3.71.

The company expects revenue for the full year of $1.28 billion to $1.31 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $1.30 billion.

Shares of HealthEquity ( HQY ) traded nearly 12% lower in after-hours activity.

Britain’s Queen Elizabeth visited an exhibition dedicated to her great-great-grandmother Victoria on Wednesday, which uses cutting-edge technology to recreate Buckingham Palace as it was during the 19th century.
