04:52 PM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Healthpeak Properties ( DOC ) and Janus Living ( JAN ) reported late Monday the completion of Janus' initial public offering, including the full exercise of an over-allotment option.

The net proceeds from the offering were about $878 million, according to the release. Janus Living ( JAN ), a senior housing real estate investment trust, is a spin-off from Healthpeak.
