Healthpeak Properties Extends $3 Billion Credit Facility

04:58 PM EST, 12/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Healthpeak Properties ( DOC ) said Monday its operating partnership has amended and extended a $3 billion revolving credit facility and made conforming amendments to loans related to the facility.

The facility will initially mature in January 2029 and can be extended under two six-month extension options, the company said.
