10:59 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- HealthStream ( HSTM ) acquired two clinical rotation management companies, Total Clinical Placement System and The Clinical Hub, for a combined price of up to $2.25 million.

Most of the assets of Total Clinical Placement System were acquired from Cyber Healthcare Solutions for up to $1.65 million in cash, HealthStream ( HSTM ) said Tuesday in a statement.

Most of the assets of The Clinical Hub were acquired for up to $600,000 in cash.
