10:13 AM EST, 11/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HealthStream ( HSTM ) said Tuesday that its board has approved the repurchase of up to $10 million of its outstanding shares.

The repurchase program will expire on Feb. 26, 2026, or once the $10 million limit is reached, the company said.

Shares of HealthStream ( HSTM ) were up 3.9% in early Tuesday trading.
