HealthStream Q1 Earnings Decline, Revenue Rises; 2025 Guidance Updated

05:17 AM EDT, 05/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HealthStream ( HSTM ) reported late Monday Q1 earnings of $0.14 per diluted share, down from $0.17 per share a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.16 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $73.5 million, up from $72.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $74.9 million.

The company now expects 2025 revenue of $297.5 million to $303.5 million, compared with previous guidance of $302 million to $307 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are expecting $303.8 million.
