09:21 AM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HeartCore Enterprises ( HTCR ) said Tuesday that it plans to expand its Go IPO consulting services into South Korea.

The Tokyo-based company said it has begun a sales and marketing drive that includes a referral program with established partners in South Korea. It also said it aims to work with Thomas Yi, a private investor at South Korea's Cross Border Associates.

Shares of HeartCore ( HTCR ) were up 4.8% in recent premarket activity.
