01:33 PM EDT, 08/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Heartflow (HTFL) shares jumped 49% in their Nasdaq debut on Friday after the company priced an upsized initial public offering of 16.7 million shares at $19 apiece to raise $316.7 million.

The stock traded at $28.32 after opening at $28 and reaching $31.50.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to purchase up to 2.5 million additional shares. The IPO is expected to close Monday.
