09:18 AM EDT, 08/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Heico ( HEI ) said Thursday that its flight support group has acquired the aerial delivery and descent devices divisions of Capewell Aerial Systems in an all-cash deal.

No further financial details were not disclosed.

Heico ( HEI ) said it expects the acquisition to be accretive to earnings within the year after closing.

The acquisition of the Capwell divisions adds aircraft cockpit and emergency exit products for commercial aerospace and defense to Heico's ( HEI ) product portfolio, the company said.

Capewell's survivability division will continue to be retained by Argosy Private Equity under the Aerial Machine & Tool brand.
