Heico Unit to Acquire Axillon Fuel Containment from SK Capital Partners

09:51 AM EST, 11/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Heico ( HEI ) said Monday that its Electronic Technologies unit has agreed to acquire Axillon Aerospace's Fuel Containment business from affiliates of SK Capital Partners for an undisclosed cash amount.

Axillon Fuel Containment designs and manufactures fuel cells for US-built military aircraft and military ground vehicles, including certain commercial aircraft.

The company will operate under a new name and continue operations under its current management following the acquisition, Heico ( HEI ) said.

The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026.

Heico ( HEI ) shares were 4.3% higher in recent trading.
