08:20 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Heidmar Maritime ( HMR ) said Monday it has agreed to acquire cellular/gearless feeder container vessel C/V A. Obelix for roughly $25.3 million.

Delivery of C/V A. Obelix that marks Heidmar Maritime's ( HMR ) first vessel acquisition will likely take place between August and September, the company said.

The vessel will come with a nearly 2.5-year time charter and will likely generate $17 million to $20 million of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization over the charter period, Heidmar Maritime ( HMR ) said.
