04:21 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Heidrick & Struggles International ( HSII ) Chief Financial Officer Mark Harris is leaving the company to pursue other opportunities, the company said Monday.

The search for a new CFO has begun and Harris will remain with the company until August to ensure continuity and a successful transition, it said.

The company said it continues to expect Q2 consolidated net revenue of $255 million to $275 million. Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expect revenue of $265.7 million.
