04:30 PM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Helen of Troy (HELE) said Friday that it appointed its chief financial officer Brian Grass as interim chief executive officer, succeeding Noel Geoffroy.

Geoffroy has resigned from the CEO role and from the company's board, starting immediately.

Further, the company named Tracy Scheuerman as interim CFO. Scheuerman previously worked as the company's senior vice president of finance for the Home & Outdoor segment.

The consumer products company said it has commenced search for a permanent CEO.
