09:56 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Helios Technologies ( HLIO ) said Monday it has closed the sale of hydraulic fluid service provider Custom Fluidpower to Questas Group.

The company also said it entered into a long-term distribution deal with Questas Group that is dependent on annual growth targets related to market conditions.

Net proceeds will be used to support capital allocation priorities, including debt repayment and organic investment, Helios Technologies ( HLIO ) added.

Helios Technologies ( HLIO ) in August agreed to sell Custom Fluidpower to Questas Group for roughly $54 million.
