09:26 AM EDT, 08/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Helios Technologies ( HLIO ) said Thursday that Michael Connaway will be joining the company as chief financial officer in October.

Corporate Controller Jeremy Evans will be promoted to the expanded position of chief accounting officer, effective Sept. 1, Helios said.

Sean Bagan, who is now president, chief executive , and CFO will relinquish his role as CFO, the company said.

Connaway has been CFO of Aviat Networks (AVNW) since May 2024, Helios said.
