10:44 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Helius Medical Technologies ( HSDT ) said Wednesday it received a Nasdaq hearings panel notice on Monday that the company has fulfilled compliance with the regulator's equity requirement for continued listing.

The company will be subject to a mandatory panel monitor for one year, effective immediately, Helius said.

Shares of the company were down 2.2% in recent Wednesday trading.
