Helix Energy Solutions Group Enters Contract With Shell Offshore

04:30 AM EDT, 09/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Helix Energy Solutions Group ( HLX ) said late Tuesday it has signed a new multi-year contract with Shell (SHEL) subsidiary Shell Offshore starting in 2025 to continue providing well intervention services in the US Gulf of Mexico.

Financial details of the contract were not disclosed.

Helix Energy shares rose more than 3% in premarket activity Wednesday.
