Helmerich & Payne Explores Options for Oklahoma Shopping Center

04:43 PM EDT, 05/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Helmerich & Payne (HP) is exploring options for its Utica Square shopping center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

The options include adding a partner or a sale of the asset, the company said Friday in a statement.

Eastdil Secured, a national commercial brokerage firm, was hired to evaluate the options, Helmerich & Payne said.
