Hemisphere Energy Renews Normal Course Issuer Bid

07:35 AM EDT, 07/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hemisphere Energy ( HMENF ) after markets closed on Tuesday said the TSX Venture Exchange approved the renewal of the company's normal course issuer bid.

The NCIB will allow the company to purchase for cancellation up to about 7.9 million common shares, approximately 10% of the public float. The buyback will begin on July 14 and end on July 13, 2026.

Under the current normal course issuer bid, which expires on July 13, the company purchased about 3.6 million common shares at a weighted-average price of $1.79 apiece.
