Hemostemix to Seek $0.28 Million in a Private Placement of Shares

12:50 PM EDT, 09/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hemostemix ( HMTXF ) on Tuesday said it will seek $0.28 million in a private placement of shares.

The company said it will look to place up to 2.2-million shares at $0.125 apiece in the offering.

The company said proceeds will be allocated to general working capital needs, operational expenses and business development activities.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.005 to $0.13 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
