March 11 (Reuters) - U.S. government decisions are

impacting the North American market overproportionally and

Henkel, the German consumer goods and adhesive maker

CEO said on Tuesday.

"For sure what is happening in the U.S. in terms of

decisions, that's impacting especially the North American market

overproportionally and is also impacting us," Chief Executive

Carsten Knobel said in a call with investors.
