04:56 PM EDT, 03/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hennessy Advisors ( HNNA ) said Friday it has agreed to buy two STF Management ETFs to expand its ETF offerings.

The ETFs that will come under the Hennessy umbrella are the STF Tactical Growth ETF and the STF Tactical Growth & Income ETF, with combined assets of about $220 million, Hennessy said.

The deal is expected to close in Q3, the company said.
