09:16 AM EDT, 05/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Herc Holdings ( HRI ) said Friday it extended its tender offer to acquire H&E Equipment Services ( HEES ) to allow more time to satisfy the remaining conditions of the offer.

Herc ( HRI ) said it extended the offer's expiration to until one minute past 11:59 pm ET on May 29 from the previous expiration of one minute past 11:59 pm ET on May 22.

The company is offering $78.75 in cash and 0.1287 Herc ( HRI ) share for each H&E share.

Herc ( HRI ) shares fell 2.7% in premarket activity Friday.
