04:56 PM EDT, 06/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Herc Holdings ( HRI ) said Tuesday it priced a $800 million private offering of 6.625% senior unsecured notes due 2029.

The offering size was raised from $500 million previously, the firm said. The offering will close on or about Friday.

Net proceeds from the offering will be used repay a portion of its debt, the company said.
