04:32 AM EST, 03/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hercules Capital ( HTGC ) said late Wednesday it priced a private placement of $250 million of 4.75% convertible unsecured notes due 2028.

The initial purchasers have been granted an option to purchase up to $37.5 million additional amount of notes.

The notes will be convertible at an initial price of $21.48 per share.

Net proceeds will be used for investments, working capital and general corporate purposes, the company said.
