Here's how Jet Airways crisis has impacted online travel firms

The sudden suspension of all domestic and international flights of Jet Airways has left thousands of passengers across the globe in a big dilemma.

However, there was no clarity from the Jet Airways on refund of air tickets for the trouble travellers. CNBC-TV18's Jude Sannith reports on how this is affecting online travel agencies.
