Here’s why Chennai retailers are yet to cash in on the 24/7 permit

It has been three weeks since the Tamil Nadu government permitted all commercial establishments in the state to stay open 24 hours a day. However, not many establishments in Chennai have taken advantage of this relaxation.

CNBC-TV18 met various retailers to find out why.
