Heritage Commerce's Board Approves $15 Million Share Repurchase Program

05:23 AM EDT, 07/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Heritage Commerce ( HTBK ) said late Thursday its board has approved a $15 million share repurchase program.

The program is set to expire on July 31, 2025, unless suspended or terminated earlier.
