10:37 AM EDT, 09/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Heritage Distilling ( CASK ) said Friday it will change its ticker symbol to "IPST" from "CASK" on the Nasdaq Capital Market, effective Sept. 22.

The new ticker reflects its focus on its $IP token treasury strategy and the intellectual property economy, the company said.

Heritage said it will provide details on its strategy and results of its recent special stockholder meeting on Monday.

The shares were up over 13% in recent trading.
