Heroux-Devtek Receives Spanish Approval for its $1.35-Billion Sale to Platinum Equity

01:26 PM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Heroux-Devtek ( HERXF ) on Wednesday said it received foreign direct investment approvals from the Spanish Council of Ministers for its $1.35-billion sale to Platinum Equity Advisors.

The company, an aircraft landing-gear and electronics manufacturer, expects that, subject to the satisfaction at closing of the remaining closing conditions, the sale will be completed on or about Feb. 11.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.68 to $32.43 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
