10:05 AM EDT, 08/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hertz Global Holdings ( HTZ ) said Tuesday its board is increasing to 11 members from nine with the election of Francis Blake and Lucy Clark Dougherty as directors, effective immediately.

Blake is the retired chairman and chief executive of Home Depot ( HD ) , while Clark Dougherty is senior vice president, general counsel and board secretary of Polaris (PII), Hertz said.
