09:17 AM EDT, 06/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hertz Global ( HTZ ) said Monday it named Scott Haralson as chief financial officer, effective end of this month.

Haralson will succeed Alexandra Brooks, who is leaving Hertz for other opportunities but will stay until the end of the month, the company said.

Haralson was most recently CFO of Spirit Airlines (SAVE).

Also, Hertz and Chief Operating Officer Justin Keppy have agreed that Keppy would resign, effective Monday, the company said.
