Hertz Reports $250 Million Exchangeable Senior Notes Offering

04:56 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hertz Global ( HTZ ) said late Wednesday that a subsidiary plans to offer $250 million of exchangeable senior notes due 2030 in a private offering.

The company said it plans to grant initial purchasers an option to buy up to $37.5 million additional notes.

Shares were up over 13% in after-hours activity.
