05:44 PM EDT, 09/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hertz (HTZ) said late Tuesday it will receive about $154 million from a settlement distribution in the In re Automotive Parts Antitrust Litigation, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The payment, net of fees, is expected on or around Sept. 30.

Shares of Hertz closed up 2.5% Tuesday before rising 1.7% after hours. Trading volume was 5.8 million, compared with a daily average of 7.8 million.
