Hesai Group Chief Financial Officer Louis Hsieh Resigns

05:50 PM EDT, 05/13/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hesai Group ( HSAI ) said Monday that Louis T. Hsieh, its global chief financial officer and director, resigned from the company effective today.

Hsieh is resigning due to personal and family reasons, the company added.

Norman Fan will oversee the financial and reporting functions of Hesai ( HSAI ) for the interim period, according to the company.
