11:13 AM EDT, 10/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hesai Technology said Tuesday it will exclusively supply long-range lidar for Leapmotor's new models, with the first model slated for mass production in 2025.

Under the agreement, Hesai ( HSAI ) said it will provide lidar systems for multiple upcoming models, expanding the companies' collaboration on intelligent driving systems.

Hesai ( HSAI ) shares were up more than 4% in recent trading.
