04:56 PM EDT, 05/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hess Midstream ( HESM ) said late Wednesday that an affiliate of Global Infrastructure Partners, a part of BlackRock ( BLK ) , launched a public offering of about 15 million class A shares of the company, representing limited partner interests.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares in the offering.

Shares of Hess Midstream ( HESM ) were down more than 3% in after-hours activity.
