04:59 PM EDT, 05/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Hess Midstream ( HESM ) said late Wednesday that an affiliate of Global Infrastructure Partners launched a public offering of 10 million Hess class A shares.

The selling shareholder plans to grant a 30-day overallotment option to the underwriters to acquire up to 1.5 million additional shares, the company said.

Hess shares were down 3.7% in after-hours activity.
