Hewlett Packard Enterprise Closes Juniper Networks Acquisition

08:00 AM EDT, 07/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) said Wednesday it has completed its acquisition of Juniper Networks.

The company expects the deal to be accretive to non-GAAP per-share earnings in year one, post close.

Hewlett Packard ( HPE ) said Juniper shares will now cease trading and will no longer be listed on the NYSE.
