04:17 PM EST, 12/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings late Thursday of $0.62 per diluted share, up from $0.58 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.58.

Revenue for the three months ended Oct. 31 was $9.68 billion, up from $8.46 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $9.90 billion.

For fiscal Q1, the company adjusted EPS of $0.57 to $0.61 on revenue of $9 billion to $9.40 billion. Analysts expect EPS of $0.53 on revenue of $9.87 billion.

For full-year fiscal 2026, the company expects adjusted EPS of $2.25 to $2.45. Analysts expect $2.36.

The company increased its quarterly dividend to $0.1425 per share, payable Jan. 16, 2026, to holders of record Dec. 19.
