03:48 AM EDT, 06/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hewlett Packard Enterprise ( HPE ) and Juniper Networks ( JNPR ) said Saturday they have reached a deal with the US Department of Justice to resolve an antitrust lawsuit against Hewlett Packard's ( HPE ) $14 billion proposed takeover of Juniper.
As part of the settlement, Hewlett Packard ( HPE ) has agreed to divest its global Instant On campus and branch business, the companies said. Hewlett Packard ( HPE ) will also "facilitate limited access to Juniper's advanced Mist AIOps technology" after the deal closes.
The settlement is subject to court approval.
