Hexcel Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Net Sales Fall; 2025 Outlook Changed

05:13 PM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Hexcel ( HXL ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings late Wednesday of $0.37 per diluted share, down from $0.47 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.36.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sep. 30 fell to $456.2 million from $456.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $441.9 million.

For full-year 2025, the company said its adjusted EPS guidance of $1.70 to $1.80 from $1.85 to $2.05, and its sales of $1.88 billion from the previous range of $1.88 billion to $1.95 billion.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $1.84 on sales of $1.90 billion.

The company kept the quarterly dividend at $0.17 per share, payable Nov. 10 to shareholders of record on Nov. 3.
