HF Sinclair Prices $500 Million Senior Notes Offering

03:58 AM EDT, 08/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HF Sinclair ( DINO ) said late Monday it priced an offering of $500 million of 5.500% senior notes due 2032 at 99.29% of the principal amount.

The company intends to close the offering on Aug. 18, it said.

HF Sinclair ( DINO ) said it plans to use the net proceeds to finance a concurrent tender offer for cash of any and all of its outstanding 6.375% senior notes due 2027 and 5.875% senior notes due 2026, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
