04:06 PM EDT, 08/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- HF Sinclair ( DINO ) said Friday that the company priced a cash tender offer to buy its outstanding notes.

Total consideration per $1,000 of the notes was $1,004.12 for the 5.875% senior notes due 2026, and $1,011.63 for the 6.375% senior notes due 2027, according to a statement.

The tender offer expires at 5pm today, while settlement is expected on Aug. 20, the company said.
