High Liner Foods Appoints Kimberly Stephens as Chief Financial Officer

08:53 AM EDT, 09/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- High Liner Foods ( HLNFF ) on Wednesday said it has appointed Kimberly Stephens as chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Stephens, who was High Liner's vice president, finance, for three years, succeeds Darryl Bergman who is leaving the company to pursue new opportunities. Bergman will continue to support High Liner Foods ( HLNFF ) in an advisory capacity through Oct. 3.

High Liner closed down $0.25, to $15.91, on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
