09:13 AM EDT, 06/15/2026 (MT Newswires) -- High Tide (HITI) said Monday that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of the equity interest of J. Supply Holdings, operating as Northern Helm, in a deal valued at approximately 7.74 million Canadian dollars ($5.5 million).

The transaction includes four cannabis retail stores located in Bowmanville, Kingston, Courtice, and Oshawa, bringing High Tide's total store count to 228 Canna Cabana locations across Canada, including 103 in Ontario, it said.

The consideration includes assumed debt of about 3.2 million Canadian dollars, with the remainder split between cash and High Tide shares, subject to regulatory approvals from the TSX Venture Exchange and Ontario's cannabis regulator, it added.
